What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, compliance, and treasury
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of SAP ERP systems and IT infrastructure
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
  • Maintain and develop financial controls and procedures to ensure fiscal responsibility and stewardship
  • Manage cash flow planning, capital expenditures, and investment strategy
  • Provide leadership to the finance, IT, and supply chain teams to support ministry-wide goals
  • Serve as signatory authority and legal representative for financial documents and contracts
  • Support board reporting, external audit processes, and IRS Form 990 preparation
  • Actively promote and uphold AiG’s mission, vision, and Statement of Faith
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and automate processes

What Experience You'll Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA, MBA, or MS preferred)
  • 10–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within nonprofit, hospitality, entertainment, or complex organizational settings
  • Demonstrated success managing IT teams and ERP implementations (SAP strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting, audit, compliance, and capital management
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams with clarity and compassion

What Experience is Nice to Have:

  • CPA or MBA is a plus
