Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities
• Maintain accurate and current information in the company database
• Attend networking and industry events
• Accompany prospective clients to property sites and discuss features
• Prepare letters of intent, listing agreements, and negotiate purchase/sale agreements and addendums
• Coordinate marketing and transactions with multiple parties

Requirements

• Real Estate License required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred but not mandatory
• Competitive nature and strong communication skills
• Effective prospecting ability and capacity to develop new accounts
• Organizational skills for managing a large client database
• Financial analysis and underwriting skills for investment real estate
• Professional ethics and integrity
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Coachability and a strong drive for success
