EverCharge is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging devices and management systems and provides hardware and software EV charging solutions for fleets, multi-unit, and single-family homes. Our turnkey offerings are designed to utilize existing infrastructure to scale EV charging at the lowest cost. EverCharge’s load-balancing SmartPower technology maximizes the number of electric vehicles that can charge at once and eliminates barriers, such as data connectivity.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, EverCharge operates a factory in Hayward, CA, which supplies EVSEs for its customers across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own daily AR operations: invoice sales orders and reconcile bank accounts.
• Track and manage AR aging reports for non-credit card customers.
• Lead weekly AR aging review and provide recommendations to accelerate collections.
• Reconcile Stripe payments against Undeposited Funds: lead an automation initiative to optimize this process.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations to support accurate cash management and a smooth month-end close.
• Contribute to closing activities across revenue, inventory, accruals, prepaid accounts, and long-term lease liabilities.
• Ensure financial transactions are adequately documented and reconciled.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal policies.
• Prepare the necessary documentation and reports for annual audits and compliance reviews.
• Stay updated on relevant tools, accounting practices, and business trends.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and company-led learning sessions.
• Operate with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and follow all safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with the following key strengths: invoicing customers, collections, and managing escalations with internal departments.
• NetSuite experience required (inventory module experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with audits and GAAP compliance.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in small to mid-size companies (50–200 people).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear communicator with sharp attention to detail.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities.

Job Title and Compensation:

• The base salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $85,000, based on full-time employment.
• Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
