Head of Sales | $200k Base / $350k OTE | Remote-Friendly | Equity Potential

A high-growth data & AI platform serving global enterprises is hiring a Head of Sales to lead GTM strategy and scale revenue. Backed by former Salesforce execs (including a past CRO), the company is in rapid expansion following a strategic acquisition.

Details

  • Compensation: $200k base + performance-based variable ($350k OTE)
  • Equity: Long-term upside in combined entity
  • Location: Remote-friendly (Atlanta preferred; will also accept candidates living in the East Coast)
  • Travel: Minimal — limited to strategic client visits or events

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a 5-person sales team across a $30M+ ARR business
  • Drive new logo growth, upsell/cross-sell, and pipeline development
  • Own GTM strategy and enterprise deals in pharma, banking, and insurance
  • Build and expand partnerships with Salesforce, Snowflake, and others
  • Operate with full autonomy — no micromanagement, no red tape

You Should Have:

  • Experience selling into or working with the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce integrated solutions
  • Background in highly technical B2B sales (data, SaaS, or cloud platforms)
  • Strong track record in building outbound motion and closing enterprise deals
  • Player/coach leadership style with success in early-stage or scale-up orgs
