Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Sales – Exotic & Luxury Vehicle Financing to lead the growth, credit direction, and sales execution of our high-end vehicle financing division. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a specialized unit within a high-performing company.

The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge with strong leadership, credit, and sales acumen. You will be responsible for developing tailored credit policies, managing dealer relationships, optimizing portfolio performance, and guiding a team to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted credit and sales strategies for the exotic and luxury vehicle segment.
  • Build and manage relationships with high-end and exotic vehicle dealerships.
  • Evaluate and structure complex credit applications; approve transactions within delegated authority.
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance and adjust policies to maintain risk tolerance and profitability.
  • Collaborate across Credit, Risk, Underwriting, and Funding teams to ensure smooth processing and service delivery.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on luxury segment trends, sales performance, and risk outlook.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company credit policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry with a focus on exotic, luxury, or high-line vehicles.
  • In-depth understanding of credit risk assessment and deal structuring of luxury and exotic automotive market.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong relationships with luxury and exotic vehicle dealerships highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and professionalism.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 + Quarterly Bonus.
