Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, analyze market trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
