Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX. The Sales Director will oversee daily sales operations, manage customer service, develop business strategies, and lead the sales team. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills
• Proven ability in Customer Service and Team Management
• Experience in Business Development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Houston, TX
• preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the electrical or lighting industry is a plus
