Reports to : Director of Sales Operations, Strategy
Focus: Supporting the go-to-market strategy of Discord’s new Advertising Solution
Build foundational sales operations in a zero-to-one (0→1) environment.
Develop analytics and insights for:
Revenue forecasting
Territory definitions
Target setting
Design and refine sales reports + dashboards.
Analyze rate cards , packaging, and pricing strategies (benchmarking vs. industry).
Support non-standard deal modeling (balancing customer goals, revenue targets, profitability).
Optimize the Salesforce CRM and ensure sales data accuracy.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing , Product , and Sales to align operations with product launches and GTM efforts.
Contribute to internal sales reviews and long-term sales planning.
6+ years experience in:
Deep understanding of digital media and ad tech ecosystem.
Strong analytical skills: can extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with:
Sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel modeling)
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort in a fast-paced startup-like environment ; ability to handle ambiguity and build from scratch.
