Your mission
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive. You will be one of our first sales hires and actively build our sales process from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO and COO and early customers to develop and execute sales strategies, making a direct impact on our growth and success. Your responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, becoming a trusted advisor for their teams.
  • Develop and refine the sales process in close collaboration with leadership, ensuring efficiency and efficacy.
  • Manage a robust pipeline using data and analytics to prioritize opportunities and forecast accurately.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing to help shape the product roadmap and positioning.
  • Contribute to company growth by collaborating with our founders and cross-functional teams to refine processes, align on messaging, and scale our go-to-market strategy.

  • Has a proven track record of enterprise-level selling: consistently meeting or exceeding quota with deal sizes in the six-figure plus range.
  • Is a consultative seller who can uncover pain points, craft solutions, and guide complex buying processes.
  • Has excellent communication skills and executive presence: able to engage effectively with C-level executives and guide complex decision-making processes.
  • Is comfortable collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations, giving feedback to shape product and go-to-market.
  • Self-starter: You excel in unstructured and rapidly changing environments, and you are able to achieve goals independently while supporting the team.
