LHH Recruitment Solutions, a global leader in HR services, is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chicago. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our downtown office, offering the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts—identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct market research and lead generation to uncover new business prospects.
  • Build a deep understanding of our service offerings and how they solve client challenges.
  • Drive outreach through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Engage with clients via virtual and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals for our staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed performance targets.
  • Confidently handle client inquiries and objections during presentations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in a sales role).
  • Proven success in cold calling, solution selling, account growth, and presentations.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about new industries and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
