IR Campbell’sSite Work Division is seeking a skilled and detail-orientedEstimator to join our pre-construction team. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for site work projects, ensuring quality and precision from day one.

About the Role:

The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing construction drawings, preparing detailed pre-construction cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure project budgets are accurate, realistic, and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed estimates for excavation, grading, utilities, and general site preparation.
• Identify and quantify materials, labor, and equipment.
• Work closely with internal teams to align budgets with project scope and deadlines.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of estimates and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an estimator in construction, preferably insite work .
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, production rates, and cost factors.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Employment Type: Full-time (Part-time considered for highly qualified candidates)

Location: Massachusetts preferred, but remote candidates with strong site work estimating experience will be considered.
