The Role: Executive Assistant to COO
The City: San Francisco, CA (5 days onsite)
The Money: $150k - $180k base DOE + bonus
The Company: Rapidly scaling AI-powered platform

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage the COO's high volume schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings and interviews
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
