Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters including general liability, commercial disputes, employment, and construction defect
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Manage case files from start to resolution, including discovery and trial preparation
• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys and clients on case strategy
• Mentor junior team members as applicable
• Contribute to a diverse and team-oriented work culture

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of litigation experience
• Ability to handle caseload with minimal supervision
• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Commitment to high-quality legal work and ethics
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
