We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with significant experience in employment law and class action litigation to join our fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a docket of employment law cases from intake through resolution
• Handle matters involving wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, PAGA claims, and class actions
• Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment and class certification
• Conduct legal research and draft complaints, discovery, and trial documents
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
• Collaborate with partners and litigation team to develop case strategies and ensure excellent client outcomes
  

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
• 3+ years of litigation experience in employment law
• Demonstrated experience in class action and PAGA cases
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume caseloads
• Strong client communication and case management skills
