Contract – ongoing/based on business needs
Hybrid – San Francisco, CA (2+ days onsite)
PR: $56.35-$74.72
Must Haves :


  • 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Strong focus on commercial/SaaS roles (Sales, AM, CS, BD, Pre-Sales)

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or data platform sectors

  • Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices


Preferred :

  • Experience recruiting for global or multi-market sales teams

  • Background in high-growth or transformation-stage tech companies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field


Job Description :
As a Contract Recruiter focused on Commercial (Sales) hiring, you will play a key role in scaling our go-to-market teams. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, and Pre-Sales. This includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and engaging top talent, managing the interview process, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition and People teams to meet high-volume hiring goals, provide market insights, and ensure inclusive, data-driven hiring practices. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ability to influence stakeholders and move quickly will be critical to success.
