Maintenance Technician

to ensure our production and warehouse facilities operate seamlessly. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are technically skilled, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your Responsibilities Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations of production and warehouse equipment. Participate in the design and execution of facility improvement projects. Collaborate on long-term facility layouts and equipment plans to enhance efficiency and capacity. Maintain the Equipment Information and Maintenance Log diligently. Identify and report unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor with recommended corrective actions. Keep tools and repair equipment organized and well-maintained. Travel approximately 5% to other GEA facilities for hygiene and microsite support. Follow all company policies and procedures at all times. Perform additional tasks as directed by management. Your Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required; electrician's license is necessary. Minimum of 2 years' experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within an industrial setting or HVAC/plumbing/electrical system installation experience. Skilled in installing and repairing pumps, meters, valves, and motor control circuits (both single and 3-phase). Strong communication skills with vendors for project quotes and repair parts management. Working knowledge of HVAC, air compressors, plumbing, and basic carpentry is advantageous. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email) are necessary. Safety-conscious and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities. Why Join Us?
