On-Site What you will do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple property types Use scheduling software and mobile tools to manage tasks Participate in snow removal and weekly on-call rotations Communicate effectively with tenants and property managers Support seasonal needs, including summer overtime and winter training Maintain a clean driving record and operate the company or personal vehicle for site visits What you will need to be successful: 1+ years of maintenance experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness Comfortable with physical work and varied property conditions Good communication skills for tenant-facing interactions Benefits overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401k
