Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift

As a Machine Repair Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment. Your expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems will ensure the smooth operation of production processes. Responsibilities

Perform industrial electricity tasks including troubleshooting from wiring diagrams and blueprints. Install and maintain general electric components such as conduit and outlets. Troubleshoot electrical mechanical motor controls and hydraulic circuits. Utilize basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude to maintain mechanical drive systems like gears, sprockets, chains, belts, bearings, and rollers. Apply general fabrication skills including welding, torching, machining, piping, and threading. Conduct repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and systems. Assist in advanced levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the plant. Maintain accurate preventative maintenance records. Provide support in the daily maintenance of automated equipment. Perform work based on dispatched service or daily/weekly work schedules. Essential Skills

5 years of experience in maintenance roles. Come from the automotive manufacturing or plastics manufacturing. Must have a Journeyman's card or associate's degree/certification. General electric knowledge including 480v, 3 phase experience. Troubleshooting electrical circuits, motors, and wiring diagrams. Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic circuits and mechanical drive systems. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
