In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating a positive experience for our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and development workshops to enhance customer service skills. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while addressing customer concerns. Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer relationship management. Excellent problem-solving skills to ensure effective resolution of customer issues. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. Benefits
