Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or professional training is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
