Salary Range: $15.50 - $24.00 hourly Location: San Antonio, TX
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product selection, account management, and service issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Help in the creation of FAQs and training materials for new employees. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A positive and proactive attitude towards customer service. Benefits
