MIG/TIG Welder
Join our team as a 2nd Shift MIG/TIG Welder, specializing in the manufacturing of stainless steel tanks for the dairy industry. This role requires expertise in welding, grinding, and fabrication, particularly in food-grade and sanitary welds. You will primarily work with stainless steel and aluminum using Lincoln welders, and have the opportunity to get certified in-house within our TIG department. Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum in various positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead. Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, bolt, custom fabricate, or grind materials to meet technical requirements and create a welded final product. Control the fitting, burning, and welding processes to prevent overheating, distortion, expansion, or shrinking of parts. Read and interpret basic prints and drawings. Solve fabrication tasks and perform overhead welding. Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding with at least 3 years of experience. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Experience in fitting, assembly, and fabrication. Problem-solving skills related to tank production. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Capability to set up and weld any metals unsupervised on MIG & TIG. Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise. Ability to identify correct metals and processes for orders. Efficiency in welding at 95-100%. Why Work Here?

Work on the 2nd Shift from Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with mandatory work on Fridays and no weekends. Employees receive a comprehensive PTO structure, including 5 paid vacation days and 3 personal days prorated from the start date.
