Salary: $2275 / Week 20252026 School Year + 5-Week Summer Program Contract Position | Full-Time Schedule Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with an Educational Collaborative, currently seeking a full-time BCBA to support students with disabilities ranging from pre-K to age 22 in Chelsea, MA. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on meaningful student outcomes. Position Overview
As a BCBA, you will conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement behavior analytic interventions, supervise staff, and collaborate with IEP teams. You'll support students with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and therapeutic or mental health needs. Schedule

3:30 PM Start Date: August 25, 2025 Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr Key Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and interpret assessment results Design and oversee behavior analytic interventions Develop and supervise behavior plans and data collection systems Train staff in intervention strategies and safety care procedures Provide crisis support and participate in physical intervention as needed Attend IEP meetings, case conferences, and trainings Develop and implement social skills groups Provide consultation services per IEP requirements Support vocational, life skills, and academic programming Qualifications
BCBA Certification (must maintain renewal and recertification) Masters Degree in special education, psychology, or related field Experience with students with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors Familiarity with relevant regulations Strong written and oral communication skills Flexibility to work across multiple programs Experience in consulting and delivering workshops/in-service programs preferred District Requirements
