FCI Residential Corporation FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporations real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 3,300 units in the development process throughout Florida.

Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the companys business objectives. This role combines a creative approach with a strong understanding of data analytics and emerging technologies, particularly AI tools. The manager will focus on producing high-quality, engaging content and campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in showcasing our communities, engaging prospective and current residents, and strengthening our online presence to support leasing goals, drive occupancy, and enhance overall resident experience.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing plan, including content creation, social media, SEO, and paid advertising, aligned with business and occupancy goals. Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Blaze) for ideation, copywriting, image/video creation, and trend analysis to improve efficiency and relevance. Manage a comprehensive content calendar ensuring timely, consistent, and on-brand messaging. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage for all FCI Properties.

Social Media Management & Engagement

Oversee content creation, scheduling, and optimization for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and community-specific platforms. Engage with audiences by responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally. Build partnerships with influencers and community organizations to extend reach and generate user-generated content. Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews across Google, Apartments.com, Yelp, and other relevant platforms, using the power of JTurner.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, lead generation, and occupancy impact. Manage and optimize paid social and digital campaigns to maximize ROI. Implement SEO best practices and maintain with all our social and digital campaigns.

Collaboration & Training

Partner with property managers, leasing teams, sales, and customer service to ensure campaigns align with each communitys value proposition. Provide training and guidance on social media best practices, compliance, and emerging digital tools.

Essential Capabilities (knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Personal Attributes)

Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and managing public interactions. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly. Proficient in major social media platforms, digital ad management, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving marketing trends and technologies.

Essential Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 23 years in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within property management, multifamily housing, or real estate. Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns required. Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows strongly preferred.
