Trilogy This range is provided by Trilogy. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range
$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr If you're ready to build a great school, not just represent one, this is the job for you.
Are you energized by ambitious enrollment targets, sophisticated parent conversations, and the chance to drive growth for a radically different educational model? Alpha doesn’t tweak traditional education. We replace it.
Students here learn core academics in two hours a day using AI-powered platforms. They spend afternoons mastering leadership, public speaking, and real-world skills. No busywork. No lectures. Just accelerated outcomes—and top 1% national performance. We don’t lower the bar. We show students how high they can go.
Your job is to turn that model into movement. You’ll guide prospective families through high-trust conversations, host compelling info sessions, forge community partnerships, and activate current parents as public advocates. You’ll operate with polish and poise, while keeping one clear goal in mind: build a 150+ student waitlist by driving enrollment through advocacy, not sales.
We believe the traditional education system holds students back. With the right tools and expectations, all kids can achieve far more, far faster. We expect every member of our team to believe that too. If you do, and you know how to win trust without watering down the mission, we want to hear from you.

What You Won’t Be Doing
