You'll combine top-tier coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, transforming workshops, data-driven motivational sessions, and precise feedback into memorable educational experiences. - Instructing and developing Coaches to execute Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality
- Crafting Coach Handbooks outlining best practices for facilitation, creating engaging learning activities, and overcoming challenges
- Offering continuous, actionable feedback to Coaches to enhance student involvement and success
- Personally mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational methods
- Drafting lesson plans – as Coaches guide students' learning through adaptive tools; your focus is on training them to be outstanding motivators
- Compromising on standards – if excellence requires 100%, your role is to uphold that benchmark
- Providing dull training – you'll lead Coaches through lively, high-energy, interactive development

Basic Requirements
- Reside in or be willing to move to our Raleigh, NC campus for in-person work
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related domain
- Proven track record in creating and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with the capacity to build, manage, and inspire high-achieving teams
- Experience working with young people (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental role
- Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics for informed decision-making and ongoing improvement
- Authorized to work in the United States

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
