  • Elevate our Guide team to superstar status through innovative training and development programs
  • Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks that serve as the blueprint for workshop excellence
  • Transform Guide performance through strategic, data-driven feedback and coaching
  • Lead by example as you mentor a select group of students, showcasing the art of exceptional coaching

Senior Learning Experience Manager Key Responsibilities

Your mission is crystal clear: Empower every Guide and student in your cohort to achieve the Alpha trifecta - loving learning, accelerating progress at twice the normal pace, and mastering essential life skills. Excellence is the only option.

Basic Requirements

  • Ready to join our Raleigh, NC campus in person
  • Bachelor's degree holder (field of study open)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or similar fields
  • Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
  • Natural leader with a talent for building and inspiring high-achieving teams
  • Demonstrated success working with students aged 5-18
  • Data-savvy professional who leverages metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
