Part-time Motorclothes Associate
who is enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about Harley-Davidson. We offer training and all necessary tools to succeed. Essential Duties include: Providing exceptional customer service to all dealership visitors. Greeting customers courteously and promptly. Creating an inclusive environment regardless of race, sex, or creed. Managing multiple customer interactions efficiently. Handling telephone transactions courteously and efficiently. Promoting sales, specials, and new merchandise. Assisting customers in merchandise selection and upselling complementary products. Processing payments accurately and securely, verifying identification, and handling cash appropriately. Managing special orders and back-ordered items effectively. Resolving customer complaints empathetically and positively.
