Part-time Motorclothes Associate
to join our team in Shallotte, NC. We pride ourselves on offering superior customer service and are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable team members who share a passion for Harley-Davidson. This position is ideal for someone with an upbeat and energetic personality, self-motivated, and eager to share the Harley-Davidson experience with our guests. Training and all necessary tools will be provided to ensure your success. Essential Duties include: Providing exceptional customer service to all dealership visitors. Greeting customers promptly and courteously. Making all customers feel welcome, regardless of race, sex, or creed. Managing multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Handling telephone transactions courteously and efficiently. Promoting sales, specials, and new merchandise. Assisting customers with merchandise selection and suggesting complementary products. Processing payments accurately, verifying identification, and handling cash securely. Notifying customers of special orders or back-ordered items. Resolving customer complaints with empathy and a positive attitude, demonstrating our commitment to excellent service.
