Greet customers promptly in a courteous and friendly manner. Make all customers feel welcome regardless of race, sex, or creed. Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining satisfaction. Handle telephone transactions courteously and efficiently. Promote sales, specials, and new merchandise to customers. Assist customers with merchandise selection and recommend complementary products. Process payments securely, verifying identification and approvals as needed. Verify cash bills for authenticity when accepting cash payments. Maintain accuracy at the cash register. Notify customers about special orders or back-ordered items. Handle customer complaints empathetically, demonstrating commitment to excellent service. Weekend availability is required.
