Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

In-Office, North San Antonio, TX

Compensation: up to $90K + Bonus + 4 weeks PTO + other benefits

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures; maintain the employee handbook and policy manuals
• Monitor the performance evaluation process to ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage the Companys affirmative action program; file EEO-1 reports; maintain records and logs in compliance with EEO and federal regulations
• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding in collaboration with other HR Generalists
• Handle employee relations matters, including counseling, performance management, offboarding, and exit interviews
• Participate in HR and administrative meetings, training sessions, and seminars
• Recommend policy and procedural improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist with strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance
• Experience with HR data reporting and KPI analysis
• Proficiency in Workday, HR analytics, and process optimization
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly
