Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leasing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, assisting in customer relations, and maintaining organized records. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the leasing and property management teams. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property viewings. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.

Tenant Relations: Assist in onboarding new tenants by preparing lease agreements and welcome packets. Respond to tenant inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.

Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property details. Prepare and track invoices, payments, and financial documentation. Generate reports related to leasing activity, property maintenance, and tenant interactions as needed.

Office Management: Order and manage office supplies and ensure common areas are well-maintained. Assist in the implementation of office procedures and policies to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate, property management, or leasing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
