Were looking for a skilled
Construction Office Assistant
with strong administrative and accounting abilities to support our growing team. The right candidate will bring
5+ years of experience in a construction office , proficiency in
QuickBooks , and comfort with
Buildertrend
or similar project management software.
Responsibilities
Manage
day-to-day office operations
in a fast-paced construction environment.
Oversee all
QuickBooks entries : accounts
payable/receivable,
invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Enter and update project schedules, budgets, and change orders in
Buildertrend .
Handle
client communication , including scheduling, follow-ups, and progress updates.
Maintain organized records of contracts, permits, and job files.
Process subcontractor invoices, timesheets, receipts, and compliance documents.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate billing.
Provide administrative support to management and project managers as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of construction office experience
(required).
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
(required).
Experience with
Buildertrend
or similar
construction/project
management software (preferred).
Solid knowledge of construction processes, documents, and terminology.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
