Position Summary We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Content Specialist who can own and execute our social media strategy across multiple channels. This role will combine content creation (visual, written, and video) with campaign management to build brand awareness & engage target audiences. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who excels at capturing compelling photography and producing engaging video content while also having strong design and writing abilities. You'll work independently to create diverse visual content that brings our brand to life across all marketing channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing know-how, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that our social media presence reflects the company’s brand and contributes directly to commercial outcomes. Primary Responsibilities Marketing content creation

Photography:

Capture high-quality photos of office events, team members, products, behind-the-scenes content, and company culture moments

Videography & Editing:

Set up, film, and edit engaging video content including podcast interviews, promotional videos, social media reels, company announcements, and tutorial content

Graphic Design:

Create compelling visual graphics, infographics, and branded content using design tools like Adobe Photoshop

Copywriting:

Write engaging captions, video scripts, website content, and marketing copy that complements visual content

Designing and producing engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.

Social media management and community engagement (LinkedIn, Instagram)

Running end-to-end social media campaigns, including paid and organic, to drive measurable reach and engagement.

Monitoring performance, analysing metrics, and optimising campaigns for better results.

Staying up to date with industry trends and platform best practices.

Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all visual formats

Developing and Managing content calendar and ensure timely delivery of visual materials

Stay current with visual content trends and platform best practices

Website content management and basic site updates

Event and trade show support including booth setup and marketing collateral

Content performance analytics and reporting

Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related creative field

Strong photography skills

with understanding of composition, lighting, and photo editing

Proficient video production abilities

including filming techniques, audio setup, and video editing software

Experience with photo/video editing tools

Creative eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics

Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment

Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and platforms

Portfolio demonstrating photography, video, and design work

Able to work 3 days/week from our New Canaan, CT office location

Able to travel globally to trade shows, team events, and our Dublin Head-Quarters location

Preferred Qualifications Professional or personal experience in photography and videography

Familiarity with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio equipment

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Understanding of social media video formats and optimization

Previous experience creating content for business/corporate environments

Knowledge of content management systems and basic web publishing

Experience with podcast or interview-style video production
