Job Description: Training Coordinator
Reports to: Park Operations Manager
Position Overview

As a Training Coordinator, you’ll lead new hire onboarding, oversee ongoing training, ensure operational excellence across the park, and support daily park floor leadership. This is a hands-on role for a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments. What You’ll Do Training & Development
Train new hires across all departments and ensure they meet company standards for safety, customer service, and job performance Maintain training materials, checklists, and certification records using company software (Asana, Paycor, etc.) Conduct spot checks to ensure team members are properly operating attractions and guest service areas Support employee growth and development by communicating expectations, opportunities, and feedback Keep all staff informed of company standards, culture goals, policy updates, and guest promotions Administrative Support
Maintain accurate employee records Help resolve employee conflicts, field escalated concerns, and promote a positive work environment Park Operations Support
Serve as a park floor leader during shifts, including opening and closing duties. Operate POS systems, attractions, and guest service areas as needed. Respond quickly to calls for assistance (guest complaints, ride support, etc.). Run team breaks and ensure all team members are scheduled and relieved appropriately. Assign tasks, oversee team productivity, and ensure the park floor stays clean, organized, and guest-ready. Handle park opening/closing responsibilities including cash handling, securing the building, and uploading reports. Strong leadership and training skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Time management and organization in a high-energy environment High attention to safety and detail Positive, team-focused attitude with a guest-first mindset Ability to motivate and develop staff Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or GED required Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 39 lbs Prior experience in training, hospitality, or entertainment environments preferred Proficient in or able to learn CenterEdge, Embed, and Asana systems What We Offer
