Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and legal documents effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Experience handling arbitration and mediation related to securities disputes.
