BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a skilled Real Estate Attorney with four years of experience in commercial purchase and sale transactions. The role involves representing clients in all stages of commercial real estate deals, including contract negotiation, due diligence, financing, and closing. The attorney will provide strategic counsel to ensure smooth and successful transactions while safeguarding client interests. Location: Braintree, Massachusetts.
Duties
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial properties. Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and zoning compliance. Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate transaction closings. Advise clients on financing arrangements, leasing matters, and related real estate issues. Manage transactional timelines and ensure compliance with all contractual and legal requirements. Prepare closing documents and oversee closing processes. Address and resolve legal issues that arise during the course of transactions. Requirements
Four years of experience handling commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions. Strong knowledge of real estate law, title matters, and financing structures. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing. Skills
Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with stakeholders. Ability to work independently while managing transactional deadlines.
