Miami , your role is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills to create functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You will collaborate with your team to develop design solutions and coordinate design through construction documentation and administration phases of core, shell, and interior architecture projects. Success in this role requires the ability to translate sketches and documents into 2D/3D models and images, and to research artistic and technical issues as they arise. Your work ethic, commitment to collaboration, and mentoring are vital to our team. Your contributions will help ensure our designs are engaging and impactful.

What You Will Do Perform interior design assignments including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation. Participate in selecting and presenting furniture, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting. Generate floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction. Provide design support and documentation during project execution. Support construction documentation and administration to deliver the design intent. Manage multiple projects and support various phases concurrently. Coordinate with external consultants, product reps, furniture dealers, and fabricators. Utilize strong Revit skills to produce test fits and project deliverables efficiently. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization, Enscape, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and color selections. Strong visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively.
