Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori Head of School to lead our school with vision, integrity, and dedication to the Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and operational success of the school, fostering a nurturing environment for students, supporting faculty, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and the broader community. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Vision:

Provide strategic direction for the school, ensuring alignment with Montessori principles and the institution’s mission. Academic Excellence:

Oversee curriculum development, classroom practices, and professional development to uphold Montessori standards. Faculty & Staff Management:

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate educators and administrative staff, fostering a culture of continuous growth and collaboration. Student Development:

Promote a child-centered approach that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. Family & Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with families, act as a liaison between the school and community, and encourage family involvement. Operational Oversight:

Manage daily operations, financial planning, budgeting, and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements. School Growth & Enrollment:

Develop and implement strategies to maintain enrollment and strong retention rates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Montessori Early Childhood Certification (AMS preferred) with a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology. MA EEC Director II Credential. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a Montessori school. Strong administrative, financial management, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to inspire and lead a team with empathy, vision, and strategic thinking.
