The role also involves a focus on increasing enrollment, particularly in the adolescent program, and diversifying funding sources. The ideal candidate will have a background in Montessori education, be a gifted communicator, and have the ability to foster a culture of philanthropy.
The Head of School at the company will face the challenge of meeting the needs of a diverse student body, including a growing population of neurodiverse learners, and will be expected to work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the school's financial stability and long-term sustainability. The role demands a leader with a collaborative backbone, capable of seeking input and being inclusive, but also decisive when necessary.
