Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year + potential for additional incentive compensation based on experience.
Terrific Development Director position with a nonprofit focused on empowering incarcerated women. The position will lead the organization's fundraising efforts including major gifts, grants, and sponsorships. There will also be an emphasis on implementing effective fundraising strategies and expanding the donor base.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and execute fundraising strategies Expand and strengthen the donor base by cultivating relationships with current and prospective donors Manage the donor CRM to make data-driven strategies and track donor communications Oversee the creation of grant proposals and donor stewardship activities Collaborate with the executive team to ensure fundraising aligns with the organization's mission and goals Attend community events, meetings, and other opportunities to represent the organization Qualifications:
5+ years of fundraising experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience utilizing a donor CRM Track record of securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships Ability to connect with donors while conveying the organization's mission and work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborative an able to work with a small team Knowledge of local and national funding landscape Connection to the organization's mission and work Equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
