This facility is a well-established hospital providing comprehensive psychiatric services with a dedicated 12-bed inpatient unit. The hospital operates as a Level 2 trauma center and offers strong support for mental health providers in a collaborative environment focused on quality patient care.
Opportunity: Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Job Details:
• Long-term Child and Adolescent Psychiatry coverage until permanent provider is onboarded
• Hospitalist model with 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• Hours are 8am-5pm for inpatient care with call coverage over weekend nights
• Must be able to treat patients 12 years and older (no pediatrics under 12)
• Preferred experience with anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and eating disorders
• Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application preferred
• Experience with pharmacotherapy and ECT preferred
• Overtime available after 8 hours per day
• Start date September 30, 2025 with ongoing need
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
