Duties
- Represent health care clients in litigation involving professional liability, regulatory compliance, and contractual disputes.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
- Advise clients on potential risks, case developments, and litigation options.
- Collaborate with internal teams, experts, and co-counsel as needed.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court rules.
- Participate in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Requirements
