Candidates must have scrub experience. This position requires on-call requirements of one weeknight and one weekend every four weeks. Candidates are expected to float within the site and across the system. Travelers must complete any assigned education within one week of the assignment. There may be low census mandatory cancellation terms. Those who refuse to float as requested may face cancellation of their contract. A background check is required, and no felony hits are allowed. A reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager is mandatory with the application. Travelers must include a statement of agreement regarding the return staff policy indicating a one-year separation rule. Essential skills include cardiac stent placement, diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, equipment setup, and interpretation of dysrhythmias. All applicants must be licensed in the relevant state or provide proof of application.
