We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will play a vital part in the communication bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Job: Full time
Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer inquiries and resolve issues
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems and complaints
Maintain customer records and update account information accurately
Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary
Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their experience
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field preferred
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and also independently
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
