Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Resolve client issues and provide accurate information regarding products or services Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests Assist with general administrative duties and support daily office operations Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Additional Information
