About the Role

The Warehouse Receiving & Manufacturing Specialist plays a critical hybrid role, supporting both warehouse operations and manufacturing dispensing activities. This position ensures the accurate receipt, documentation, and distribution of incoming materials and packaged goods, while also assisting production teams by dispensing materials in compliance with cGMP and company SOPs. The role requires close coordination with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams, as well as the ability to influence workflow and direct tasks without formal supervisory authority. This is a fast-paced environment where adherence to safety and regulatory standards is essential.

Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods Inspect shipments for damage, verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders, and ensure documentation accuracy Accurately record received materials in inventory management systems (e.g., ROSS, SAP) Coordinate with the Quality team for material quarantine, sampling, and release procedures Collaborate with Production Planning and Manufacturing teams to stage and dispense appropriate materials for use Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of materials according to regulatory and company guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving and dispensing areas, ensuring compliance with warehouse and manufacturing safety protocols Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies Escalate and document any non-conformance or damaged goods per SOP Participate in audits, inspections, and other quality compliance initiatives as needed Influence and guide team members to ensure workflow and operational efficiency Drive company vehicle occasionally to support business needs, deliveries, or interdepartmental transport as required. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred, pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience a plus Valid Driver's License in good standing Proficiency with ROSS or similar inventory management systems Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and inventory control systems preferred Comfortable wearing PPE in manufacturing, including fresh air protection headgear Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift - certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Effective communication, teamwork, and influencing skills Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Carrying, handling, pulling, and pushing materials Standing for extended periods Hearing and other senses necessary for safety and compliance

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $57,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and industry knowledge.
