Join Coaching Consortium, LLC. as an Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in a dynamic and forward-thinking team based in Lakeway, Texas. We are searching for an organized and proactive service-oriented person who enjoys making others life easier by adding value and watching all the details. This position is on-site most of the time other than when the executive is traveling or on occasion they may work from home. You will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, becoming an integral part of our companys daily routine by answering phone, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, checking email, filing and communicating key information to clients as well as coworkers. Your number one job will be to serve the executive. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere. Responsibilities Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Meeting Support: Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during sessions. Resourceful Problem Solving: Handle inquiries and address issues efficiently and in a timely manner. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks., Excellent at follow through and follow up. Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management systems. Google drive, chatgpt, zoom, google meets. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships. Empathy in action meaning they notice what needs to be done without being told. Anticipating needs. Attentive listening, a posture of service. with respect for boundaries. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability. Trustworthy: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
