Indian Head, MD (On-Site/Office) Duties: You will serve as a highly visible, multi-faceted, and confidential position within the NSWC Indian Head Division Chief of Staff Office. You will serve as a primary Operations Officer and protocol initiatives for executive staff. You will coordinate initiatives for senior leadership, including Technical Department Heads and Senior Science and Technology Managers, assists with managing high-profile events and communications for the Commanding Officer and Technical Director. You will assist with planning, budgeting, and coordinating protocol events ensuring flawless execution for distinguished visitors, senior-level Department of Defense military personnel, civilian executives, and international dignitaries. You will exercise independent judgment, discretion, and authority in all protocol matters affecting senior military and civilian leadership at the highest organizational level. You will facilitate and coordinate sophisticated briefing arrangements and manage high-level visitor escort assignments. You will ensure comprehensive follow-on actions requiring executive-level attention. You will coordinate and facilitate command-wide initiatives and efforts of the senior staff while providing expert advisory services on operational matters leading coordination efforts. Requirements: Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
