2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler
Join a dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Assembler where you'll play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of medical devices. This position offers an opportunity for growth with a leading company, although candidates should be aware that the transition from contract to permanent may take longer than anticipated. Flexibility is key, as candidates must be open to starting shifts earlier and working on Saturdays when required. Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor. Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills
Experience with microscopes. Small part assembly skills. Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope. Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift. Experience working with small parts, such as catheters. High School Diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with cleanroom environments is beneficial. Medical device assembly experience is preferred. Why Work Here?

This role is based in a manufacturing setting where you will work in a cleanroom 100% of the time at close stations. The 2nd shift starts at either 3:30 pm or 3:45 pm. Candidates should be prepared to start an hour before the official shift time and work Saturdays as needed. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
